Bus. Tax Plan
Good accounting practices and a calm, well-managed team will bring success to any business. The best template is to organize as a tax entity. A proprietorship aka "dba" will permit an entrepreneur to operate with the most freedoms but often impose upon him the highest tax rates. And the partnership literally puts persons into a unilateral tax realm amidst several or several hundred other investors. LLCs are a tax trap so are a non-issue. On the other hand, incorporation takes investors into serious tax territory but with maximum benefits. When the entity management understand the compliance rules then litigation in the U.S. Tax Court is unnecessary, businesses prosper and the IRS is seen as an abettor rather than as a collector.
At the Tax Law Institute Small and Mid-sized Business Program our goal is to help the businessperson to achieve the maximum benefits and opportunities that can be afforded through the U.S. internal revenue code. It is a program for the very serious-minded entrepreneur or company officer.
