Please note that this is a no-refund program. Only credits will be issued. Individuals dissatisfied with their first program choice may switch program selections within 30 days after enrollment.
Each session runs 4 months. Those persons who do not complete their program(s) in the allotted time may re-enroll @ 50% of the respective program fee. However, the USTC Exam Prep Program may be repeated free-of-charge only for the second administration of the United States Non-Attorney Examination immediately following the most recent and unsuccessful attempt by the applicant.
