Our small but intensive live conference on "Comprehensive Federal Taxation: Substantive Tax and Income Tax Return Preparation" prepares individuals to take and pass all parts of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Special Enrollment Examination (SEE) and establish an enrolled agent practice. This tutorial does not satisfy all requirements to qualify for the "Registered Tax Return Preparer Examination." Check with the IRS on compliance regulations to fulfill new requirements effective 1/1/11. Please note that there is a continuing education requirement as well.
