Tax Return Preparers must take CPE courses and be tested and registered with the IRS

courtesy of IRSBeginning in 2011, tax return preparers who prepare all, or substantially all, of a Federal tax return (for compensation) will be subject to new requirements including: registration, testing and continuing education. We offer a complete program of live conferencing each week for 45-to-90 minutes. You may complete the entire program in 90 days and meet the registration and testing requirements of the Internal Revenue Service that are effective January 1, 2011. Our live "How to Prepare Tax Returns" tutorial fee is $5,500 and materials cost is $295. No previous knowledge of federal taxation is required. This program is also offered in Spanish.

We work with college students to encourage young men and women to consider public service careers with the IRS. We prepare you to take the Registered Tax Return Preparers' ExaminationIRS Special Enrolled Agent Examination, and U.S. Tax Court Non-Attorney Examination for a career as a Registered Tax Return Preparer, IRS Special Enrolled Agent, and United States Tax Court Practitioner or tax attorney. We provide guidance to test successfully and encourage you to consider utilizing our low-income tuition loan program to complete your continuing professional education. Those who become Enrolled Agents should also become certified as Pretrial Tax Litigation Support Specialist through the Tax Law Institute. Visit http://www.taxlawinstitute.com/316623.html
